Responsibility Oversee engineering activities related to the
operation, functionality, and performance of equipment
to ensure reliable and efficient operations. Conduct
testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
of newly installed equipment for installation and modernization projects. Plan, schedule, and assign work tasks to team members while supporting their
training, guidance, and performance development . Respond to equipment breakdowns and technical issues, ensuring
safe practices, minimal downtime, and effective resolution . Investigate technical failures, implement improvement measures, and recommend solutions to
enhance equipment performance and reliability . Maintain proper
monitoring, documentation, and calibration of instruments , ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and workplace safety requirements.
