Where You'll Make a Difference
Review planning reports and convert planned orders into process orders and SAP STOs in line with customer requested ship dates. Consolidate and optimize process orders, including effective utilization of available blocked stock where applicable. Develop and maintain production schedules based on equipment capacity, resource availability, and delivery commitments. Proactively identify material shortages and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely resolution. Prepare, verify, and maintain accurate shop floor documentation to support efficient execution and prioritization. Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Raw Material Planning, QC, and Production teams on order changes, inventory status, and operational constraints. Ensure effective utilization of distressed inventory (aligned with QC-approved bulk-off percentages) to minimize financial impact. Support resolution of production-related issues, including inventory discrepancies, material transfers, reprints, and rescheduling due to equipment breakdowns. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including toll manufacturers, to manage purchase orders, inbound materials, and overall supply continuity.
What Makes You The Right Fit
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline. Working knowledge of SAP (SD, MM, PP modules) or equivalent ERP systems. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels. Solid planning and coordination capabilities within a manufacturing or operations environment. Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and resolve operational challenges efficiently. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional setup while managing multiple priorities.
