Purchasing Executive, Jurong West

Responsibilities: Negotiate to secure the best price & quality of goods & services. Manage supplier relationships, resolve supplier issues, and supply risks. Procurement activities include PR requisition for delivery, ensuring timely orders fulfillment without impacting Sales Operations. Implement cost-saving strategies without compromising product quality or delivery timelines. Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide updates on delivery status, supply potential risks. Ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines during the procurement process.
Qualifications: Min Diploma in Business/Engineering, Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Possesses at least 2 - 3 years of purchasing experience in manufacturing. Proficient in MS Office and skilled in using Oracle, or similar MRP/ERP systems. Strong understanding of supply chain and purchasing processes. Strong negotiation skills.
