Job ID: 20181 Location: Pioneer (Company transport provided) Working hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm Salary: up to $3,500 (Depending on experiences) Job Description Facilitating shipment arrangements by collaborating with the Planning Logistic Team and ensuring readiness with the Warehouse team. You're responsible for preparing essential shipment documents, conducting thorough checks on shipments, managing incoming material purchase orders in SAP, and overseeing material reception into the Warehouse Management System (WMS). 1) Liasing with Planning Logistic Team on shipment arrangement 2) Coordinating with Warehouse team on shipment readiness 3) Preparing necessary shipment documents eg Property Release Note 4) Performing check on physical & documentation of shipment to ensure all in order 5) Checking incoming material PO in SAP and receiving incoming material into WMS 6) Any other duties as assigned by Superior. Job Requirement 1) Diploma in Logistic / Supply Chain Management 2) At least 1-2 years relevant experience would be required 3) Good communication, planning and negotiation skills 4) Good analytical and people management skills 5) Proficient in Microsoft Office applications 6) Proficient in Advanced Excel 7) Knowledge in SAP and WMS applications is advantageous Interested applicants, kindly send your updated resume to
