Job Description We are seeking a responsible and reliable Clinic Assistant to support daily operations. This role includes administrative, clinical and patient-facing duties to ensure smooth and efficient healthcare delivery.
Responsibilities Welcome patients and manage calls and enquiries. Register patients, schedule appointments, and update records. Verify insurance/Medisave/CHAS claims and process billing. Maintain a tidy reception area. Assist doctors during consultations and minor procedures. Prepare and maintain examination rooms. Maintain and update patient records in the clinic system. Monitor and restock medical supplies. Ensure compliance with clinic policies and health regulations.
Requirements Able to communicate in Mandarin to assist Mandarin-speaking patients. Able to perform rotating evening shifts. Comfortable working in a clinical environment, including exposure to blood. Reliable, responsible, and motivated to contribute to the clinic long-term. Prior experience in healthcare or GP clinic operations is an advantage. Residing in the West region is preferred for convenience.
Working Hours & Schedule Monday & Wednesday: 9.00am - 1.45pm, 2.30pm - 5.00pm, 6.30pm - 10.00pm Tuesday, Thursday & Friday: 2.30pm - 5.00pm, 6.30pm - 10.00pm Saturday: 9.00am - 1.00pm Full-time, 5.5 days per week
