Job Summary Lead and manage coldroom construction projects by planning, coordinating resources, and ensuring projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards while maintaining strong customer and stakeholder relationships. Responsibilities Lead and manage the delivery of logistic and storage solutions to meet customers' business needs Define project scopes and objectives by engaging relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Plan project schedules, timelines, expenses, resources, and budgets to align with project goals Deploy and coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to execute projects flawlessly Monitor project progress to maintain schedules, coordinate activities, and resolve issues promptly Address customer concerns by providing advice or solutions and involving internal teams as needed Build and sustain positive relationships with customers and stakeholders to support project success Analyze completed projects to identify improvement opportunities for future initiatives Share project outcomes and best practices within the team and company to enhance collective knowledge Required competencies and certifications Degree in a technical field Experience in logistic/storage and project management Proficiency in AutoCAD or CAD software Preferred competencies and qualifications Strong ownership mindset demonstrated by taking responsibility for project outcomes Effective communication and influencing skills to engage stakeholders and team members Collaboration skills to work cohesively with cross-functional teams Tenacity and resourcefulness to overcome challenges and deliver results Ability to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic environment
