Description
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue across TechStudio's products and professional services. The role combines new business development with account management, engaging both channel partners and enterprise end-clients directly. The primary market is Singapore, with sales support extended into Malaysia and Thailand as opportunities arise. This is a mid-level, performance-driven sales role suited to a commercially hungry professional who is equally comfortable opening new accounts, nurturing existing relationships, and working alongside channel partners to close enterprise deals. The role carries a fixed base salary complemented by an attractive, uncapped commission structure, allowing strong performers to scale their earnings in direct line with the deals they close. AI tools form part of the day-to-day workflow. The executive is expected to use them actively for prospecting, account research, and pipeline management, and to contribute ideas that strengthen how the sales team applies AI. Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for TechStudio's products and services across Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand Own and consistently deliver against assigned sales quotas and revenue targets Manage and grow existing accounts, ensuring strong client relationships, renewals, and upsell opportunities Work closely with channel partners to co-sell into their enterprise customer base Engage enterprise end-clients directly through discovery meetings, solution presentations, and commercial negotiations Build and maintain a healthy pipeline, accurately forecast revenue, and report progress to the Sales Director Collaborate with technical, and service delivery teams to scope proposals and ensure smooth handover to delivery Stay current on the product roadmap, competitor offerings, and the broader market for AI, WiFi application, IoT, location services, and video AI Represent TechStudio at industry events, partner briefings, and client engagements Use AI tools for prospecting, account research, proposal drafting, and CRM hygiene, and contribute prompts and workflows that improve sales productivity Requirements
Diploma in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in enterprise technology, telecommunications, SaaS, or system integration Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-carrying role Comfortable operating within a performance-driven, commission-centric compensation model with uncapped earning potential, and motivated to grow income through sales achievement Experience selling through channel partners and directly to enterprise clients Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to position business outcomes ahead of technical features Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin, to engage with Chinese-speaking clients and partners Confidence using AI tools in day-to-day sales activities, with a willingness to learn prompt engineering and contribute to sales workflow improvements Strong presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to manage multiple opportunities concurrently Willing to travel occasionally within the region to support business in Malaysia and Thailand Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only What You Gain
