General Store Conditions
-You must do an unboxing video after receiving the package.

Refund and Return Terms
-unboxing video is mandatory from the initial condition before opening as proof (no video = no return/refund).
-Request a return via the application by attaching video evidence of unboxing and detailed photos of product problems (will be responded to during admin's main operational hours).
-The process will only be carried out through the system until the return is complete.
-Do not complete the order to give a negative assessment before submitting a complaint because the system cannot process returns again.
