Understanding Real-Time Updates
Like an Airtag, this device does not have built-in GPS. It relies on the Bluetooth signals of nearby Apple devices to update its location.
Normal Behavior: In crowded areas (malls, streets), the location updates frequently. In remote areas, updates may be slower until an iOS device passes by.
How to Reset
If you need to pair the card with a new device:
Remove from App: In the "Find My" app, select the item and tap "Remove Item". Ensure "Lost Mode" is off.
Factory Reset: After removing from the app, press the function button 4 times rapidly (you will hear a beep each time), then hold it a 5th time until you hear a ringing chime.
