RETURN POLICY

* Items that do not match the order

-We will replace returns of goods that do not match your order and provide free shipping costs in full.
-Pricetag must not be removed and there must be a purchase receipt.
-Goods to be returned must be clean or unused, we have the right not to make a return if the returned status is dirty/used.


* Items with inappropriate sizes

-Products can be exchanged a maximum of 7 days after the goods are received.
-Pricetag must not be removed and there must be a purchase receipt.
-Products can be exchanged for other sizes as long as size supplies are still available (if size supplies do not exist then they can be replaced with another product provided the price is the same or more expensive).
-Shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
-Goods to be returned must be clean or unused, we have the right not to make a return if the returned status is dirty/used.
-VBWOLF has the right to determine the final decision of product exchange.
