One new concept offered is related to the resolution of mutual property disputes whose object is guaranteed to be the concept of settlement assets or resolution/cleaning assets with husband and wife with leftover debt that has not been paid. In this concept, both roles and intentions of both parties are directed in such a way, so that without going through the execution process by courts and/or public auctions, parties can immediately complete the relation of assets and debts that have not yet. Because this manuscript is intended as an update to the law of mutual property, several Supreme Court decisions are displayed which contain legal breakthroughs in dividing shared wealth. The breakthrough in question is a legal breakthrough that determines the division of shared wealth that deviates the normative division of 1⁄2 than 1⁄2. The division applied in these decisions is based on considerations of the contribution of each party in the family, especially in fulfilling the faith and efforts to get wealth or assets together.
