In the not-too-distant future, road riders wreak havoc on the roads, leaving traces of crazy destruction wherever they pass. In order to chase the "Dark Knight" who stole the police car, the police paid a heavy price. Fortunately, Max (Mel Gibson), who was even crazier than the knight, appeared, forcing the Dark Knight to die in a car accident. The Dark Knight's associates swore revenge.
