Pencil eyeliner with a tattoo like feel. Create highly pigmented, natural looking lines easily. 2mm fine core for easy, precise drawing and the other end of the pencil features a soft blending tip. The smooth feel of the brush leaves a clean, even finish right up to the edge of the eye without leaving any residue. The highly durable coating ingredient adheres strongly to the skin without any gaps, while also being resistant to water, sweat, sebum, and smudging. It also contains moisturizing ingredients (hyaluronic acid sodium and water soluble collagen) to deliver long lasting moisture right to the lash roots!

[How to use]
1. Use the pencil to fill in the skin area at the base of the eyelashes.
2. Draw from the outer corner of the eye toward the center of the eyelid, moving slightly. Pull up the eyelid to make it easier to draw in the lash line.
3. Next, pull in the same direction from the inner corner of the eye toward the center of the eyelid. (Be careful not to pull the line away from the lash line.)
4. With the eyes open, draw a 3 to 5mm line extending outward from the outer corner of the eye.
5. Using the tip provided, trace and blur the drawn line.
