Disassembly of Bearlng
1. Measure the inside diameter of the hub or Freehub bearing to be pulled;
 
2. Select the appropriate expansion plug according to the measured bearing bore diameter, Using a 12mm open-end wrench or adjustable wrench, tum the expansion plug counterclockwise to secure it to the main body

3. Install the bearing removal tool in the order shown. Holding the screw with one hand and using a 4mm Allen wrench with the other hand, turn the internal thimble clockwise until the expansion plug expands
 
4. Snap the sleeve into the corresponding position as shown in the figure and slowly rotate the upper handle counterclockwise until the bearing is completely pulled out

5. Remove the bearing from the tool by turning the internal thimble counterclockwise with a 4mm Allen wrench to fully retract the expansion plug.
 
Disassembly of bearing outer ring
Pin collets are used when bearings are excessively damaged.Causes the bearing to be used when only the outer race is lefon the hub or Freehub
1. Replace the thimble with a pin thimble, use a 4mm Allen wrench to turn the thimble out clockwise, and then turn it into the pin thimble counterclockwise
2. Measure the inner diameter of the outer ring of the bearing and select the appropriate pin chuck and pin
3. Screw in the pin clevis counterclockwise and insert the threepins inlo the corresponding holes as shown
4. After installing the pins, insert the tool into the outer race ofthe bearing and make sure the pins are aligned with therecesses on the inside of the bearing. Use a 4mm Allen wrench to turn the internal pin thumbscrew clockwise so that the pin catches in the groove on the inside of the bearing outer ring
5.Slowly tum the upper handle counterclockwise until the bearing outer ring is completely removed
