⭐ Product Details & Usage Method​
Usage Steps (Bending 3/4 Inch Copper/Iron Pipes):​
Prepare the Pipe: Cut the 3/4 inch copper/iron pipe to the required length; deburr the pipe ends with a file to remove sharp edges (prevents mold damage).​
Adjust the Mold & Lock: Open the tool’s locking mechanism (pull the stainless steel pin); place the pipe into the mold’s 3/4 inch groove, aligning the part to be bent with the desired angle marking (e.g., 90°); push the locking pin back to secure the pipe.​
Apply Leverage to Bend: Hold the tool’s non-slip handle with both hands (one hand near the mold, one at the handle end); slowly push the handle downward—use the leverage principle to bend the pipe until it aligns with the angle marking (stop when you hear a soft “click” from the mold’s angle stop).​
Release & Inspect: Pull the locking pin to open the mold; remove the bent pipe; check if the curvature is uniform and the angle is correct—if not, reposition the pipe and repeat steps 2-3 (avoid over-bending to prevent pipe cracking).​
Post-Use Care: Wipe the tool with a dry cloth to remove pipe shavings or moisture; apply a thin layer of machine oil to the locking pin (once a month) to keep it smooth; store in a dry toolbox.
