The Lens Band is specifically designed to stop zoom creep which is the tendency for a lens to extend under its own weight when pointed downwards. This band is made of high grade silicone rubber which easily stretches over any sized zoom lens, to fit snugly over the zoom ring. The Lens Band comes in a variety of fun colors to choose from.
This band will stretch over zoom rings ranging in diameter from 60 to 100mm in order to prevent the lens from moving under its own weight when angled upward or downward simply reposition half of the Lens Band over the fixed portion of the barrel while keeping the other half on the zoom adjustment. When not in use, the band can be stored over your lens and can also be used to provide increased grip for removing jammed or stuck filters on the front of lens.
