Storage instructions:
- Priority is given to hand washing/dry cleaning.
- - Do not rub & squeeze the product.
- - Do not use bleach. - Do not use bleach.
- Sort clothes color when washing to avoid color smearing.
- - Should be hand washed and turned the shirt upside down when washing to keep the print/product details durable.
- - Choose the appropriate washing mode when machine washing.
- - Limit ironing directly on prints, only iron on fabrics or use steam irons at the right temperature.
- - Wash at normal temperature. Limit washing and drying at high temperatures to avoid product damage.
- - It is recommended to use an extra desiccant bag if storing clothes in a closed cabinet or places with high humidity that cause mold on the product.
*** FOR JEANS/RAW DENIM/ KAKHI PRODUCTS:
- Priority is given to hand washing/dry cleaning.
- - Do not rub & squeeze the product.
- - Limit the use of hangers, dry in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
- Tips: Before washing, you can mix cold water and 1 tablespoon of salt (or white vinegar in the ratio ~1:20) soak the product for 2-3 hours to limit coloring.
- Although jeans are not recommended by washing machine, in case you still want to do it, please note:
+ Should be put in a laundry bag.
+ Choose a gentle laundry detergent, without high bleach ingredients.
+ Select Jeans washing mode. In case the washing machine does not have this mode, choose the spinning cycle at a gentle wash level and normal temperature.
+ + DO NOT wash and dry at high temperature.


- - Products can be exchanged 1 time within 3 days of receiving the goods.
- - Only resolve complaints when customers take a VIDEO of the whole and clearly the process of opening the goods (the package is sealed and clearly recording the bill of lading code).
The exchanged product is still new with tags, tags and purchase invoices, the product is not damaged by external agents after purchase.
