Monday - Friday at 8am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch break Job Scope: Attend to basic appointment-related calls and support the booking of simple First Visit appointments. Handle incoming calls from patients for their first visit. Schedule the appointments. Input and update patient information in the CRM system. Assists in clinic operations duties in the call centre such as emails/referrals etc if needed.
