ROYAL and KAGU both have 3-layer construction

Main difference is the top surface layer: ROYAL surface layer is a soft cushioning water- proof, Nylon Tuff carpet While KAGU is a light-weight, Carbon Fiber like texture material which is made of thermal Plastic Rubber.

We would recommend 3D Royal Mat (waterproof Carpet) which is more suitable for our country’s application.

The main reason is that Royal waterproof Carpet has “Static” properties, this will enable the carpet to attract & hold dust & dirt onto the mats better than other mat types. For other mat that have lesser “static” properties, dirt & dust particles will circulate more freely in your car's cabin, especially in hot climate where aircon speed is generally blowing strongly. Without static to hold the dust particles, more dust will circulate into the car’s air con system. This in turn which will breed bacteria/molds and will cause bad odour and smell in the air con system.
