Senior Admin Executive, River Valley

Hiring: Senior Admin Executive Location: Kovan / River Valley Campus (may have to work at both campus) Salary range: $2800 to 3500 per month (commensurate with experience) Working hours: Mon-Fri 8.30am-6pm, 1 Sat per month 9am-1pm
Job Description: Assist the Senior Director in the day-to-day operational matters Assist the Senior Director in collating of documents / information from various departments Checking of documents, preparation of reports etc Preparing periodic reports (daily and weekly) for submission to Management Assist in audit exercises and preparation of documents Other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Neat and meticulous Good follow-up skills Able to work independently as well as in a team Experience in audit roles preferred
