Working Days: Monday - Friday
Salary Range: $3500 - $4000

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Executive to drive execution of our marketing strategy, with a strong focus on social media campaigns and lead generation. This role is critical in building a consistent digital presence and delivering measurable pipeline outcomes, particularly in support of key programmes.

• Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital channels, primarily LinkedIn
• Drive campaigns for lead generation (programme sign‑ups, prospect engagement), recruitment support, and brand visibility initiatives
• Monitor campaign performance and optimise for conversion

• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence
• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar
• Ensure alignment with brand positioning and messaging
• Track engagement and continuously improve content effectiveness

• Develop content across formats:
  • Thought leadership
  • Educational content
  • Internal branding (people, culture)
• Work with internal stakeholders to source content
• Coordinate with external vendors (e.g. designers, videographers) where required

• Support development of lead generation funnels (e.g. campaigns, forms, landingflows)
• Track and report on leads generated, conversion rates, and campaign ROI
• Provide insights and recommendations for improvement

• Work closely with internal teams (e.g. business, programme owners) to align campaigns with business priorities
• Ensure timely delivery and quality execution across all initiatives

• 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in financial services, insurance, or professional services
• Entry level is welcome; training provided
• Proven experience in:
  • Social media campaign execution
  • Digital lead generation
  • Content-driven marketing
