Senior QS (M&E), Pasir Ris

Work location: Singapore, Loyang 5 day work week Responsibilities: Preparation of RFQ's Source for quotation for materials and service Analysis and evaluation of price comparison and costing summary Cost planning, estimation and measurement of quantities Responsible for claims, variation orders, budget & cost control Prepare settlement for final account Manage Contracts administration Handle issues including extension of time, terms and conditions, loss and expenses claim etc. Requirements: A Bachelor's Degree in QS or Engineering. At least 8-10 years of QS experience in the construction of Civil or Building projects (For senior role) Good knowledge of Quantity Surveying and Contracts Administration. Good time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage particular tasks in charge.
