Project Manager - Ops & Maintenance (Jurong Island)

Strong knowledge of construction project management, particularly in industrial, infrastructure, utility, LNG, and energy-related developments.

• Experience managing CHP (Combined Heat & Power), LNG, district cooling, utility plants, or large-scale M&E projects is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with Singapore construction standards, authority submission processes, and local regulatory requirements.

Strong understanding of:Civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical systems.

Building services and utility infrastructure.

Construction sequencing and site coordination.

Commissioning and handover processes.

• Knowledge of Singapore regulatory bodies and approval processes including Building and Construction Authority (BCA), Energy Market Authority (EMA), National Environment Agency (NEA), Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSH Council), SCDF, PUB, and relevant utility agencies.
• Ability to manage EPC contractors, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors across multiple workstreams.
