Management experience in food costing, Stock inventory/ ordering . Great team player . Preparing ingredients for menu items . Plan menu for groups, events and company functions . Collaborate with the Chief Chef to prepare meals . Ensuring an organised, clean and safe working environment . Communicating with guests . Complying with food safety and hygiene regulations and maintaining HACCP records.
