Job Summary Support student management by providing administrative assistance, managing after-school activities, and collaborating with school staff to engage students effectively. Responsibilities Provide
administrative support for student management tasks
such as confiscating handphones and recording latecomers to maintain discipline and order Draft detailed student reports and maintain accurate records and case files to support student monitoring and follow-up Manage the
after-school room by supervising small groups of students
and ensuring a safe, engaging environment Design and curate engaging afternoon activities for
students in collaboration with school staff
to promote positive student involvement Communicate effectively with students, staff, and stakeholders to foster a collaborative team environment Utilize Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports, maintain records, and support administrative functions Required competencies and certifications Registration with Ministry of Education (REMS) Minimum academic
qualification of Diploma At least 2 years
of relevant work experience Preferred competencies and qualifications Prior work experience with students in schools Other Information Benefits and Working Hours Work schedule: Mondays to Fridays,
8:00am to 5:30pm , including a 1-hour lunch break
