Hi sir Hi Those who wanted to rent a common room we are it without agent fee.
Don’t worry for room without aircon $800 to with aircon $900
Here are some details on my common room
Am the owner of the flat itself .am here to rent out a common room to any races out there for single Chinese , my house is HDB flat is very near to bus stop take a feeler bus for 15mins to reach Tampines bus interchange as for MRT walk 10mins to reach the Tampines East station

1: All furniture we provide plus the bed
Free Wifi ,TV & Utilities is includes
for the rental
2: With Aircon $900
3: Without Aircon $800
4: Cooking is not allow .
5: Bath room is shared with the owner .
6: No smoking in the room
7: No other people is allow in the room
8: Do aware we had a kids around .
9: So as 1 Month fee and
1 Month deposit must have .
10:Must stay with us at least 1 year .
