Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented individual to support our e-commerce warehouse and operations workflow. Key responsibilities include: Prepare and print shipping documents for daily orders Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment accurately Receive incoming stock and perform basic inventory organization Conduct stock checks and report discrepancies when required Coordinate with the customer service team regarding order status Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain a clean and organized working environment Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification in any discipline Basic proficiency in computer usage (Windows environment) Able to use simple tools such as Google Sheets or equivalent Able to read and understand basic English instructions Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations support is an advantage Preferred Attributes
Willingness to learn and take on broader operational responsibilities Ability to handle routine and repetitive tasks with consistency Good coordination and communication skills Career Development
