1 Year Contract Raffles Place or Tampines Central 9am to 6pm (Mondays to Fridays)
Process securities transfer requests from initiation to completion accurately and on time Ensure all instructions comply with client mandates, approvals, and procedures Liaise with front office, custodians, counterparties, and internal teams Manage and resolve failed transfers and operational exceptions Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance, and internal control standards Perform daily control checks including stock and cash break resolution Support Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) activities Handle business queries within required timelines or escalate when necessary Identify control gaps and support process improvement initiatives Participate in operational projects and change initiatives
