Fresh Glutinous Chestnut is a specialty of SaPa- Lao Cai. Very tasty and nutritious. The shop's seeds are imported continuously, all new, so they are very friable and not embarrassed. At the end of autumn and winter are the harvest of chestnuts, so the seeds will be more delicious than the rest of the seasons.

You can boil, roast, cook soup, stews, make cakes... and process more depending on your preference.

If boiled, boil for 20-40 minutes from the time the water boils. Boil for a long time, the softer and more friable the seeds are (not afraid of being mushy)

The shop's seeds are large seeds, but the shop does not sell small seeds.

When you receive the goods, remember to keep them in the fridge (for 3-4 months). Eat as much as you eat.

After processing, eat immediately or eat within a day, it will be delicious, so that the next day it will be hard and not delicious anymore. So if you eat less, cook a little, both delicious and not wasteful.
