Event Executive (GLOBAL), Tampines

Role Overview The Event Executive (GLOBAL) is responsible for leading the strategic planning and end-to-end execution of high-profile events globally. This role requires a professional with a robust network of industry contacts and an expert ability to multitask across multiple complex projects. You will oversee all logistical operations, financial forecasting, and on-ground execution to ensure every event reflects the premium standards of the brand. Key Responsibilities Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of a diverse international event calendar, including expos, seminars, gala dinners, networking events and more.
Demonstrate expertise as a Microsoft-adept professional by utilizing Excel and other platforms to manage detailed budget forecasts, track real-time expenses, and maintain rigorous financial documentation.
Leverage a strong professional network within Asia to source and manage high-quality agencies, venues, AV teams, and talent.
Oversee comprehensive event logistics and maintain meticulous 'housekeeping' of all event materials, ensuring assets-including banners and merchandise-are organized, inventoried, and brand-compliant.
Direct on-ground operations including setup, registration, booth management, and crowd flow to ensure seamless execution.
Partner with marketing and design teams to manage the production and timely delivery of digital assets and event collaterals.
Requirements Degree or Diploma in Events Management, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in event coordination or management, with a deep focus on the Global region.
Highly proficient across Microsoft platforms, with advanced skills in Excel for data management and financial modeling.
Exceptional ability to multitask and manage multiple high-priority projects under tight timelines.
Excellent communication skills in English (any second language is a plus).
Willingness to travel across the region for on-ground event support.
Strong familiarity with expo management, gala planning, and financial/tech industry standards.
