Position: Sales Executive / Business Development Executive (Waste Management / Environmental Services) Location: West Area (Company transport provided from Jurong East MRT) Working Hours: 5.5 days, Monday to Friday: 8.00am - 5.00pm, Saturday: 8.00am - 12.00pm Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $5,500 + Commission + Variable Bonus + Petrol Allowance + Mobile Allowance Duration: Permanent Industry: Waste Management / Environmental Services
Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities within industrial, marine, and commercial sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients Conduct market research and generate sales leads through networking and business development activities Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and service agreements based on customer requirements Promote waste management and environmental service solutions to clients Work closely with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and project progress Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates for management review Attend client meetings, industry events, and networking activities when required Support customer retention and maintain service quality standards Perform other duties as assigned Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Business, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related disciplines Experience in sales, business development, environmental services, logistics, industrial services, or related industries preferred Knowledge of waste management or environmental services will be an advantage Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to travel for business activities when required Benefits:
