About the Role

Customer Support & Client Engagement
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms Provide accurate information regarding services, processes, and appointments Handle customer feedback, concerns, and follow-ups in a professional manner Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders Administrative & Operational Support
Manage scheduling, appointment coordination, and documentation Maintain accurate customer records and databases Assist with preparation of reports, forms, and administrative materials Support day-to-day operational and coordination tasks Service Excellence
Ensure a high standard of customer experience and professionalism Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions or recommendations Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary Contribute ideas to improve service processes and workflow efficiency Team Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client support Support events, outreach activities, or client engagement initiatives when required Participate in team meetings and training sessions Requirements
Diploma, A-Level, or equivalent qualification Prior experience in customer service, administration, or client-facing roles is an advantage Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities Organised, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment What We Offer
