Technical Sales Engineer, Tampines

Position : Technical Sales Engineer Location : Tagore Working hours : Monday to Friday - 8.00AM to 5.00PM Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 + Attractive Incentives & Remuneration Duration : Permanent Industry : Industrial equipment supplier
Responsibilities: Support the sales team in reviewing technical enquiries and understanding client requirements/URS. Participate in and lead technical clarification meetings with clients. Provide process design, technical and application support, including process flow diagrams/flowsheets. Prepare costing, quotations, scope of supply, and technical specifications based on client requirements and budget. Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients. Liaise with factories, suppliers, or overseas counterparts to obtain quotations and technical inputs. Work with draughtsman/design team on process flow diagrams, flowsheets, and layout drawings.
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Chemical Engineering or equivalent. Relevant experience in powder processing systems/equipment or engineering sales will be an advantage. No experience welcome too, training will be provided. Self-motivated, independent, and able to work in a dynamic environment. Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Good team player with the ability to work independently. Willing to travel occasionally. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
