Hiring: Admin Executives (Academic Department)
Location: Tampines Campus Working hours: Mondays to Fridays 8.30am to 6pm Salary range: $2500-3200 per month (commensurate with experience)
Job Scope: Monitor the number of students for various programs and schedule for all potential new courses. Responsible for manning the Primary and High School programme. Oversee the activation of relief teachers Overseeing the preparation of internal & external examination Overseeing the teachers' classroom observation Preparation of new class timetable, resources etc Conduct course induction and orientation for new teachers Management & Supervision of teachers' duties & committee Monitoring the movement of the report books Monitoring the distribution of students' ID Add/Remove students from the communication platform Monitoring the printing of students' certificates for enrichment activities. Supervision of a team of Academic Staff (for senior staff only) Checking of documents and make sure all academic processes in place Attending to parents' queries Execute the workplans of the department to realise the department and college objectives Ensure all administrative works are carried out according to EduTrust Procedures To comply with the relevant EduTrust policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned by Management. Requirements: Excellent communication skills Able to work independently as well as in a team Organised and strong follow-up skills Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
