Role Summary You will be responsible to analysis of production lines to identify improvement, fostering cross-departmental collaboration for project implementation, and utilizing data analysis for management reporting. It involves optimizing automated production systems for efficiency, supervising personnel and machinery, and ensuring production targets are met. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth analysis of production lines and promote cross-departmental cooperation to propose and implement improvement projects. Utilize data analysis for effective management reporting. Optimize and maintain automated production systems to enhance efficiency. Supervise personnel and machinery while driving the achievement of production targets.
Education Qualification & Essential Experiences Bachelor's or higher degree in engineering related fields 1 - 3 years in manufacturing experience in semiconductor related field Candidates with no experience welcome to apply Key Skills and Attributes Good interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively across functions and geographical teams with diverse background Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to achieve positive results and outcome Goal driven and an excellent team player that can work under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Has a growth mindset, prioritizing adaptability, resilience, innovation, and ongoing learning to support business needs
