Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor with 3-5 years in a supervisory role within coffeeshop or food court settings to lead staff, ensure compliance with food safety standards, and manage daily operations effectively. Responsibilities Supervise and guide staff on food handling and hygiene to ensure compliance with SFA standards and train new employees Manage ordering, receiving, and inspection of goods and supplies to maintain inventory accuracy Maintain the cleanliness and neatness of the coffeeshop environment Promote and sell food and beverage items to customers to support business growth Assist stall tenants by handling complaints, enquiries, and resolving daily operational issues Operate POS system and accurately record daily sales transactions Implement Safe Management Measures to ensure workplace safety and compliance Work shifts including weekends and public holidays, adhering to a six-day workweek with weekday rest Required competencies and certifications Food Hygiene Course or F&B officer certificate Preferred competencies and qualifications Proficient coffee making and cooking skills Other Information Work schedule includes shift work, weekends, and public holidays with six working days per week and weekday rest
