About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing & E-Commerce Executive to lead digital advertising, marketplace campaigns, and promotional strategy across major platforms. This role requires hands-on experience in running paid ads, executing mega campaigns, managing budgets, and working closely with platform AM to drive sales growth. Brand: Roboock, Xiaomi, Laifen Key Responsibilities
Digital Advertising & Performance Marketing
Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across: Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
Google (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
TikTok Ads
Plan advertising budget allocation and keyword strategy
Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR and optimise campaigns
Conduct A/B testing for creatives and landing pages
Track performance and generate actionable reports
E-Commerce Platform Management
Strong working knowledge of: Shopee, Lazada, TikTok , Amazon
Responsibilities include: Understanding platform algorithms and traffic mechanics
Managing sponsored ads and in-platform advertising tools
Setting up store promotions, vouchers, bundles and flash deals
Optimising product listings (keywords, content, ranking)
Managing pricing and campaign mechanics
Mega Campaign & Promotion Planning
Lead and execute mega campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12)
Work closely with platform AM on campaign strategy
Join Joint Business Planning (JBP) discussions
Forecast sales targets and campaign projections
Plan stock allocation and promotional mechanics
Coordinate cross-channel support (ads + platform promo tools)
Budget & Business Planning
Plan and manage monthly marketing budget
Forecast ad spend and expected returns
Analyse past campaign performance for future strategy
Provide commercial insights to management
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
Proven experience running Meta, Google and TikTok Ads independently
Strong experience in Shopee / Lazada campaign execution
Experience handling mega campaigns (9.9 / 11.11 etc.)
Comfortable liaising with platform Account Managers
Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset
Able to manage budgets and forecast performance
