We are looking for dedicated and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Ambassador. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and patients at a Community Hospital environment, ensuring a polite and welcoming experience. Locations

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, patients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner. Manage the reception counter, including call handling and appointment scheduling. Provide clear directions and information regarding hospital services and facilities. Basic ushering and concierge services for visitor vehicles. Ensure compliance with hospital safety and security protocols.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare administration.
Availability to work on a shift basis (Day Shift or Night Shift). (12 hours)
Willingness to work at hospital locations (Bedok South or Simei).
