APAC Business Development Executive, Toa Payoh

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to support the expansion and presence of ERA's business across the Asia-Pacific region. This role will provide exposure to regional markets, strategic initiatives, and cross-border collaboration within the real estate industry. Key Responsibilities: Support the development and execution of business expansion strategies across APAC markets Assist in identifying new business opportunities, partnerships, and market entry initiatives Conduct market research and analysis on regional real estate trends, competitors, and growth opportunities Prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports using PowerPoint and Excel Coordinate with internal stakeholders and regional partners to support ongoing projects Assist in evaluating potential investments, partnerships, and franchise opportunities Support business planning, forecasting, and performance tracking Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Real Estate, or related fields. Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to develop business plans and presentations Proactive, resourceful, and positive attitude with a willingness to learn Strong interest in the Southeast Asia real estate market Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders across different markets Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Vietnamese is an advantage to communicate with regional counterparts Willingness to travel within the APAC region
