Executive, Finance ( Maternity Cover – 6 months), Toa Payoh

Job Description: To provide maternity cover for a period of 6 months (1 July 2026 - 30 Dec 2026), the Executive, Accounts (Contract) will support the Finance team in the day-to-day accounting and finance operations within the Group. Job Responsibilities: Handle partial set off accounts (GL) for multiple entities within the group. Review and verify Accounts Payable invoices to ensure accuracy, proper documentation and approval compliance. Perform month end closing activities for multiple entities including preparation of journal entries and reporting packages. Prepare quarterly GST workings and support timely GST filling in compliance with regulatory requirements. Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records. Perform other ad-hoc accounting or administrative task as assigned (e.g vendor creation in the system, etc.) Other Information : Working Hours : 09:00 AM-6:00 PM, 5 weekdays per week (Mon-Fri) Hourly Rate : SGD 12 per hour Start Date : 1 July 2026 - 30 Dec 2026
