The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) is a global team that serves as the strategy, operations, and product commercialization partner to GBO. The team ensures Google's ever-evolving Ads business delivers growth and operates effectively. This team is responsible for setting go-to-market strategy, shaping priorities and resources to accelerate business growth, and commercializing the next generation of Ads products (from representing the customer to advocating for product requirements to ensuring teams are equipped to drive customer growth, product adoption, and business health at scale). This role sits within the Product GTM Team, tasked with accelerating and defending Large Customer Sales (LCS) business growth across the region via the development and adoption of products, tools and program best practices. As a APAC Strategy and Operations Senior Associate you will be responsible for partnering on critical initiatives focused on accelerating business growth, enabling critical product adoption and - in particular - future-proofing the APAC business but building and expanding activation, thought leadership and cross-functional engagement on critical multi-year business expansion levers. Your focus will be to deliver the core GTM remit, which is designing and deploying regional activation programs. You will partner with Regional Leadership and provide thought leadership on product activation and execution. Additionally you will advance third-party ecosystems, agencies and industry groups. Qualifications
Job responsibilities
Gather APAC consumer marketplace data and shape into intelligence and insights that will support executive team discussions and decisions. Support critical thought leadership to guide investment to future-proof APAC ads business growth. Orchestrate executive governance, operational infrastructure and processes to ensure business growth, market engagement and business motions are progressing. Contribute to strategy and deployment of emerging products and solutions. Engage and influence the stakeholders and cross functional partners to obtain support for strategies and activation programs. Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 4 years of experience in Go-to-Market Strategy, Sales Operations, Strategy and Operations, Management Consulting, Finance, or Program Management. Experience with stakeholder management and data analysis, generating data-driven insights. Preferred qualifications
Experience in stakeholder management and ability to influence the executives. Knowledge of digital advertising. Ability to grow and exercise judgment in a fluid and an ambiguous environment. Ability to collaborate and motivate team towards the goals. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
