Monitor competitor pricing, dining trends, and industry developments to optimize the menu and merchandising techniques. Sales & Negotiation:
Negotiate contracts, establish service terms with clients, and work to hit specific revenue targets. Performance Tracking:
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure sales performance and report on business development activities. Requirements & Qualifications Experience:
Proven track record in business development, sales, or marketing within the Food and Beverage (F&B) sector. Industry Knowledge:
Deep understanding of authentic North Indian cuisine, specifically tandoor cooking techniques (e.g., tandoori, kebabs) and various curry preparations. Skills:
Excellent communication, networking, and contract negotiation skills. Education:
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or hospitality is highly preferred.
