Job Summary The Frontend Developer sustains the client-side user interface of MIDS, ensuring usability, stability, and operational continuity by resolving UI defects and refining usability based on operational feedback, while preventing unintended scope expansion. Responsibilities Resolve UI-related defects to improve client usability and support operational workflows effectively Address usability issues identified through operational feedback to enhance user experience Implement minor interface adjustments to maintain smooth ongoing operations Ensure frontend changes maintain stability, responsiveness, and consistency with existing workflows Prevent regression and scope creep during sustainment changes to safeguard system integrity Required competencies and certifications Proven experience maintaining and sustaining frontend applications in production environments Strong understanding of UI stability, responsiveness, and usability in operational systems Ability to debug and resolve frontend defects under time-sensitive conditions Experience working within strict scope and change control constraints Eligibility to work in Singapore and obtain required security clearance for RSAF operational systems access Preferred competencies and qualifications Familiarity with operational or mission-critical systems
