Safety Officer in Production Factory Near Joo Koon

RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop, implement and monitor safety programs and procedures to mitigate risks and promote a culture of safety
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify and address potential hazards
Provide training and support to employees on workplace safety protocols and best practices
Investigate incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence
Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies
Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors to integrate safety considerations into daily operations
Maintain comprehensive records and documentation related to workplace safety and health
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Managments.
REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Workplace Safety Health Officer in the Construction & Production industry
Possess a valid Workplace Safety and Health Officer certification
Thorough understanding of relevant health, safety and environmental regulations and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address safety concerns proactively
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead safety initiatives
Proficient in data analysis and report writing
