Steel Technician /Entry @Joo Koon

Technician (Steel)/$2,000 - $2,800 Basic / Rotating Shift (Every 2 weeks) Morning, 7am to 3:15pm Afternoon, 2:45pm to 11pm ($10/Shift) Annual leave: start at 7 days (Add 1 day every year, capped at 14 days
) Operate steel wire drawing & fiber forming machines. Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and maintenance tasks. Regular inspections to identify deviations and testing on steel fibers Continuously improve production efficiency by participate in process optimization initiatives. Handle raw materials, WIP and finished products and ensure proper and safe materials handling. Monitor material inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain/warehouse team. Perform fiber forming to required shape & cut fibers to specified lengths for packaging. Package steel fibers, labeling, documentation and work with packaging and logistics teams. Participate in safety training, report any safety incidents and feedback on process improvements.
