Construction Designer, Woodlands

Roles & Responsibilities - Quantity take-off for tenders and projects. - Review project specs and tender clarification. - Utilize AutoCad and other software to create detailed drawings, updating & drawing reviewing. - Structural setting and sections. - Preparation of construction drawings, structural and architectural details for awarded projects. - Identify potential design clashes and suggesting practical solutions to optimize project outcomes. - Liaise with client's engineering section on drawing matter. - Willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals.
