Introduction
As RF/mmW device modeling engineer, the main job scope is to analyze/interpret test results, develop and deliver device models. Candidate should have strong interests in semiconductor physics and/or RF designs for applications such as wireless mobile, IoT, automotive, etc. A candidate who demonstrates a willingness to learn attitude and team play will be first considered. The quality of our delivery plays an important role in a customer's 1st time design success.
Your Job
RF/mmW device model development for used in circuit designs such as PA and LNA Study and analyze RF device characteristics Data preparation and analysis of test results Collaborate closely with device and modeling engineers on development Report preparation to summarize results or to make technical recommendations.
Other Responsibilities
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications
BS, MS or PhD in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, or related field Candidate with no prior experience can be consider Fluency in English Language – written & verbal Ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Semiconductor Engineering Master Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Semiconductor Engineering
