Ingredient/s: Plum vinegar, organic rice, vinegar, apple vinegar, oligosaccharide, trehalose, honey, groundwater
and enhance with unique Shiso juice.

Shiso is known to be a functional food that has been used as ancient medical food since the Song Dynasty. Shiso is rich in flavonoids and antioxidants and Shiso perilla leaves are said to be able to help with gastrointestinal health,
allergy and stress.

Oochi Plum Vinegar is fermented using natural spring water and fermented using traditional methods. It is produced in
Hiroshima, Japan. Plum has been used to aid in digestion and has displayed antioxidant properties.

How to drink
