Accountant, Cost and works, Woodlands

Responsibilities: Full set of accounts. Prepare cash flow projection. Preparation of billings & sales analyst. Ensure accuracy of cost allocation. Prepare monthly reporting, quarterly GST reporting & ensure timely submission Oversee daily accounting operations for the groups/ dept. Perform credit collection and monitor cash flows Prepare and analyze monthly management reports Liaise with banker, company auditor, corporate secretary and tax agent Prepare for monthly Payroll and CPF submission Procurement and other general duties Assist the Department Head to carry out the day-to-day HR functions including recruitment & staffing, benefits and training administration, HR compliance, performance management, employee relations and other HR daily operations and administrative duties Handle staff & worker salary, renumeration, leave & other matters etc Involved in ad-hoc projects and admin-related tasks Work independently
Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent. 3 to 4 years of full set accounting exp. Positive working attitude.
