OCBC, one of the largest financial services groups in Southeast Asia, seeks a dynamic and culturally curious individual to join the Enterprise Banking International team to drive ASEAN – Greater China flows by providing seamless solutions to businesses across diverse and competitive ASEAN markets.

• Build and manage a portfolio of new and existing regional and international inbound corporate relationships to ASEAN and non‑borrowing markets, spanning manufacturing, commodity trading, logistics, and new‑economy technology verticals such as SaaS, gaming, AI, and medical technologies.
• Work with overseas colleagues and product partners to identify and realise opportunities across the entire value chain in Singapore, ASEAN and international markets.
• Cross‑sell the full range of financial products and services, including capital markets, corporate finance, and cash/wealth management products.
• Prepare credit proposals and reviews, and manage the entire financing process through to legal documentation, implementation, and ongoing monitoring.
• Enhance customer relationships and service day‑to‑day customer requirements.

• A recognised university degree acceptable to the bank.
• At least 8 years of commercial/corporate banking experience with strong credit underwriting fundamentals and investment banking knowledge.
• Preferable junior management experience in supervising a small team of sales/relationship managers.
• High agility in exploring new opportunities and ability to think creatively.
• Strong affiliation with data analytics and a curious mind.
• Willingness to work in an unstructured environment with space to explore and create new streams of income.
• High cultural awareness and sensitivity.
• Organised and meticulous in handling documentation.
• Good command in spoken and written Mandarin, in addition to English for communication with Mandarin‑speaking clients/stakeholders.
